Meeting called to order at 10:00 a.m. Present: Teget, Mayberry, Stanger, Coulter, Brace, Mefferd, Weber, administrator Burns. Agenda unanimously (Teget/Coulter). Minutes of June meeting unanimously approved (Teget/Brace).

Election of officers. Teget moved, Stanger seconded, that temporary officers continue as permanent officers--Mefferd will chair, Weber and Mayberry designated to sign checks. Unanimously approved. Stanger unanimously approved as Vice Chair (Mayberry/Weber).

Staffing. If Sue's position becomes vacant, SWILSA can look at the job description for any changes.

Meeting adjourned at 10:25 a.m. Board continued in open meeting with planning session.
