1. Office move. The move went (relatively) smoothly; the movers started loading at 7:30 a.m., and had unloaded everything at the new office by 3:00 p.m. They added 2 movers for the last hour, which saved us a lot of time and some money. Phones were moved over, and the initial problem with the handset programming was easily solved by Gazelle the next day. Moving the network was a bit more problematic because we added Network Address Translation on the firewall, which meant some programming changes in the firewall and in the Domain Name Server at SILO, as well as reconfiguration on all the workstations. It has all been worked out, and is functioning normally.

2. Audit. John Hines was in the office on July 17 to do the on-site work needed for the audit. He did not see any need for changes at that point.
